How do I confirm my size?
- Please use the size chart to help you decide. If you still need help reach out to us and we’ll gladly help you choose!
What to do if you haven't received the order confirmation?
- Please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can’t find it please reach out and we’ll confirm it for you.
How can the order be paid for?
- You can pay online via credit card or cash upon delivery.
- Unfortunately, packages can’t be opened as the courier waits however, we allow exchanges for up to 7 days after the courier leaves.
Where is my order?
- Orders are processed from Sunday to Thursday during our working hours. Orders placed after 3 pm are processed the next working day. (excluding holidays)
How long does shipping take:
Local Shipping takes 3-5 working days for Cairo and Giza. Anywhere else 3-5 working days.
Worldwide shipping: -10 working days.
